Increases the sediment removal surface,
preventing premature clogging of the Cartridge. (Explain at Below)

The eSpring Cartridge has a removable
external filter called Pleated Pre-Filter, developed to protect it against
premature clogging. The clogging may happen due to high amounts of sediments or
turbidity in tap water.
o
When you turn on the tap, water will be
directed to the system. Water passes through the polypropylene non-woven
Pleated Pre-Filter, removing the bigger particles such as sediments and
turbidity down to 1 micron size.

It is recommended that the Pleated
Pre-Filter be replaced once a year or once every 5,000 litres of water.

In the interest of our customers and also
to meet NSF standards, we do not add any harmful chemicals to the tubing.
o
Typical causes of cracked tubing may
include high exposure to sunlight and heat, and common use of harsh detergents
and bug spray on and around the tubing.

Also, keep in mind that bacteria could
grow in the water within the outlet tubing and diverter, if the eSpring unit is
inactive. A 30-second flush can help to clear all this water out of the system,
replacing it with water treated by the UV Lamp.

Replace yearly, or at least once every 2
years to maintain hygiene.
